Patriot Concrete was established in 2017. Although the businesss entity is newly established, it is owned and operated by Travis Olson - who poured his first yard of concrete with his step father in the summer of 1994. He worked in the concrete industry during the summers and after school hours while completing high school in 1998, upon which he started working full time for his stepfather's concrete company for the next 4 years.

In spring of 2002, Travis and his brother Richie started their own concrete company at the young age of 22 and 20. They successfully operated this business through 2014 when Travis left to take an opportunity for an estimator position with a large multi-million dollar concrete company in South Florida where he continued to gain valuable experience in the industry. Meanwhile Richie continues to thrive with their original business today.

Upon coming back home to Iowa, Travis decided to apply his wealth of knowledge in the industry to establish Patriot Concrete Inc. While starting from the ground up with anything is a difficult task, Patriot Concrete has excelled and had a very successful first few years and is looking forward to many more to come. We have gathered a core group of employees that we are confident in. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment and tools to get the jobs done. We built up our working capital to allow us do the job right and established relationships with repeat customers.
